Moving Turtle 2505.0 (0.1)

Experiment with having a bass instrument with lots of treble,
splitting the output into high and low channels, and doing
a bunch of stereo effects on the high while leaving the low alone.

Meant to check 'export as loop' but forgot to, so iot's not as good a loop as it could've been.
