After the football and the boat stuff,
I ended up having a house with a yard on the southwest coast of
somewhere.  One day the water was all foamy and I realized that the
wall of sand and gravel holding the ocean back from flowing inland,
where the ground was below sea level.  I took my shovel and started
replacing the gravel.  My neighbor's yard was having the same problem
but I didn't see my neighbor.
