I dreamt that I interviwed at some Czech company. They had a reputation for paying really well, like probably 6-figures kind of good, but when I toured the place I found all their programmers stuck on the phone talking to clients. "Yes, I know our system is shit", I heard one of them say. I told them they'd have to pay me like double to work here (double what I was currently making, or double their original offer?) and the guy that was interviewing me said "okay", and then I wished I'd given a higher number, because I knew I would not last a week at this place.
