2003-05-26 - Entry 333 - TOGoS's Journal

Well I went and shaved my facial hair off tonight.

This Lenny Kravitz song ('If I could Fall in Love') is interesting. When I hear it, it reminds me of some weird time that just kind of disappeared. The beginning of my first year in College. That semester seems to have lasted about 3 days. So that's why the feeling I get from this song is weird. It kind of brings back feelings from a time that I hardly remember actually experiencing.

The church's new mission trip is coming up, which is absolutely rediculous since I just got back from Washington what seems like a week ago.

It's been over a week since I got home from school, but a few days ago I was surprised that it was only a week. At the moment I cannot find my sunglasses, which is the same situation I was in a couple days ago when I found them and moved them to another place where I wouldn't think to look.

Set up a shoutcast server. That's pretty neat. I'm thinking we could make use of that next semester.

Ha. When I hear this Cher song ('Believe'), the first thing I think of is where I was on that trip when we heard it. We were driving oer to White Swan. I guess to go to the museum, maybe? Emma was probably flipping through channels.

Neither subway or Gander Mountain hae called yet. Poopy poopy poopsticks.

I suppose I should talk about the dream I had today (yeah, 'today'. I slept from 9am to 3pm. Still haen't gotten a job, yet >:-o). It was about a war. I was with the good goys, and there were bad guys. We were using a big mattress for sheilding (and it was effective). I kept trying to round up a bunch of guns and ammunition for us so we could get out of there, because the baddies were really taking the place over. Building pyramid-shaped castles and stuff. We had a telaporter that took us to this place with little bugs that you could catch in nets. I don't remember what for, but they were useful. Then te problem was we didn't want the baddies to find our teleporter. Fortunately the devices were small. So we picked up one end of it and put it in the car (it was our big, red car), but our Geo Metro was blocking the way out of the garage. So then we were going to just take the Geo.
