High stress makes you die at 73 - 2005-04-26 00:04 - Entry 644 - TOGoS's Journal

Dr34mz:

There was this farm. I was hanging around near there and they had all these sectioned off 'yards' between the farm and the road. I was running between those trying to make sure 'they' couldn't see me. Whoever 'they' are and I don't know why. Then I went to work at my painting job that happened to be in my parents' garage. I was talking about 2-gallon buckets of orange paint and these guys up on ladders thought I was so smart. They said that if I wanted a better job I should dress really fancy and a guy from the company would be there sometime next week and he'd make me his secretary. So I said thanks and I planned to show up wearing a fancy suit next week.

Travis and his stupid friends kept calling my house and telling us that they were being jerks to mice. So I went over to Travis's house at about 23:30 one night and I was hoping his mom wouldn't see me because I just sort of wandered in. I was looking for the drinking fountain on the second floor. Then I ran into Travis. We went rolling around outside in this big grassy area between the houses (it was now daytime) and he kept wanting to be mean to the racoons and things that wandering by and I had to hold him back. I think he was just stupid. I looked up and observed that there were lots of power lines overhead.

Then I went wandering along a highway that vaguely resembled the beltline but seemed to be more in the country. As I walked some other people joined me. Eventually we stopped in this cave made out of voxels and I was talking to them about how to modify it. Then I started shooting grenades at people. Eventually we left. We either walked back along the highway or this became the part where I was hanging out in the yards in front of the farm.

I was working on Crapi. Andy was saying that this was just as much a waste of time than all these other games we played. I was trying to convince him that this was worth much more because when I was done I had something to show for it. There were all these people from my church hanging out in this one outdoor area. They were talking about this medieval style of singing that they had been practicing. There were just a few rules you had to follow that would make any song sound like this style, like there were certain words that you had to abbreviate a certain way and there were certain notes that you had to alter. And then they sang a song and it sounded really cool. People kept asking me what I thought and I had to say "I thought it was pretty cool" about 10 times.

Out by the zoo there were these tall stone walls. We were building more of them. I'm not sure why. Maybe we were expecting someone to pay us. It was funny because they wanted to keep people out of certain areas uwing these walls, but if you were canoing along the creek (a lot of people did), you could just hop out at any point you wanted. Usually they got to their campsites that way, but they could also get out at our walled off area that way. One guy had a cool quote about it. I don't remember exactly, but he said something about it's just a matter of guessing the right place to get out.

Also, we didn't actually finish the walls...

(Red lines indicate walls, dark green indicates woods, blue is the creek, light green is grass)

Did mp65, EE ass#6. Go back upstairs now. I like this song. Maybe go running? So much work to do.
