Rocking out at 575

Dreamt that I was at a party where a friend of mine was getting married. We were all just sitting around this round table. Actually, the guy she was marrying wasn't even there. Maybe we were waiting for him to show up. I think maybe I got impatient and left.

Walking down the street I came to our old house (in the dream it looked absolutely nothing like the real 575 Cedar - the upper floor stuck way out and had rounded plastic corners). They were obviously having a sweet party inside - I heard music playing (it wasn't 'Jumbo' this time, might've been something by Real McCoy) and went up and knocked on the door to see if I could join. Nobody answered, so I just started dancing in their driveway. Some guys in the window upstairs had good words for my sk!llz.

Outing trip

I was going along with the Hoofers. Basically there was this river, one one side of which was a forest of really big trees. That side of the river was piled with big old logs that we were climbing around on. Sometimes someone would fall off, into the water. Somehow I managed to rescue someone after they fell in, even though I can't swim.

Up above all that, there was this..long concrete platform that also followed the edge of the river. It had railroad tracks on it, but they didn't go straight along it. Instead, they usually went diagonally across, and just stopped at the edges. As I walked around up there I was having the idea that trains would come across the river on moving platforms whose tracks would link with those on the stationary platforms.

It seemed we had taken a bus there. Now I was running back through a bunch of houses (one looked like my basement) with a bunch of folks. Fizz was with us, and so were Eric and Andy Huemmer. One of them was wearing really goofy looking flesh-colored plastic pants.

Holes in the north yard.

After we got back to my house my Dad was having some kids dig holes in 'the north yard' while I was in my room working on something else. Really deep, vertical holes. They were using some fancy tool designed for the task. Once I figured out which yard was north (it's the one by Hammersley) I was very impressed by the depth of the holes they had made.
