Pumpsock 2001 (version 'ah')

Changes since v.ad:

• Various refactoring of the Ableton Live set (move kick to own track, group some things, change some colors, etc)
• Fatter chords on 11 Instrument instead of just one sound at a time
  • Which are almost a little more interesting, but that change would require changing the bass stuff, too; maybe make that a different song
• Alternate kick sound (original is still available as a different chain in the kick rack) which uses a drum buss instead of that other stuff
