SG-P0002 SuperSaw Demo 2201 (version 'af')

I got SynthGen/P0002's VCV Rack plugin generator working for VCV Rack 2, which means in a roundabout way I can now use the SuperSaw instrument (as defined in SimpleOsc.xml) from Ableton Live. This track is the demonstration.
