Spring, group bike trip - 2008-09-22 (Monday) 10:07 - Entry 1051 - TOGoS's Journal

I had a dream that it was spring. The snow had all just finished melting and I was pretty happy about that. I was on a road surrounded by prarie.

In the other dream I was on a bike trip with my mom and Fizz and A-Day and some other people. We had biked out to Governor Dodge park and were staying there for the night. It was a nice time we had there. When it came time to leave, though, everyone took off and I hadn't yet gotten all my things together. So I was going around trying to get everything packed into my bag and basket. I found a window by which a lot of airplanes were flying and stopped to take a picture of it, even though it was actually just a window with TVs behind it. I was yelling a lot because it was hard to find the 'take picture with lower exposure' mode on my camera since my camera had so many modes, you could only flip through one way, and I kept missing the one I wanted. I was hearing 'Billy's got a gun' by Def Leppard. They came to the "can you feel it in the air?" part, and I thought 'yes, frustration'. When I finally got everything packed into my basket, I realized that it wasn't attached to my bike because I had taken the cable ties off for some reason. (In real life I had taken YC's basket off for our trip to Galena that we had planned to go on today but didn't because she's too stressed out about her paper.)

The previous night I dreampt about square fighter planes with lots of little rectangular adjustable winglets all around. Apparently these things were really good at doing quick maneuvers. Later I was in he front yard with Neil. We were putting our arms out and spinning andp 1retending to be helicopters. Then we'd stop spinning and glide back to the ground. And after a while of that I had the urge to go running. So I started down Hammersley and when I got to the top of the hill behind Elver park I decided that I would run down Muir Field until the end and then turn East and run until I got home.
