New apartment building
Many floors, each with own superficial theme

But layout of each floor is identical and boring.  A cross through the
middle with rooms in the corners, and minecraftesque 1-meter-wide
stairs on the sides.  I forget about this part and go back to the
older part of the building which is more varied and interesting.
