Sara and I were leaving for a trip. Heading to the Sacred Earth Open-Air festival, I suppose, because I said "I'm sure this is going to be awesome but I'll miss Summer Camp and EOTO" but what I was expecting to miss were the experiences from other dreams where this is based on memories of other dreams about Summer Camp.
We got on the road but soon we stopped at a wayside. There was a small parking lot on one side of a dead-end road, and across the road there was a small hill with a small building at the top. Inside there were men's and women's bathrooms, each of which had showers, toilets, and sinks. We went in to go potty and shower.
When we were about ready to go I must have decided I had to poop again, which then required washing my hands again, and then every time we were about to leave I'd realize that I had left something behind. We were finally leaving with all our clothes and towels but I dropped a few pieces in the hall, and since the floor was dirty I wanted to wash them. And then there were some black kids with dreadlocks sitting by the front window talking to the manager about jobs, and I wanted to stick around and listen to the conversation for some reason. I found some figurine on a shelf that I thought was interesting so was looking at it.
Eventually we managed to get back in the car and back out of the lot and get going. It was frustrating that we had spent so much time in the wayside but I was glad to finally leave. As Sara drove I started horsing with the music in the car.
