(Elephant, transformers from SMB3) dream, dungeon2

Dream: There was this elephant, which was either pink or named pink, was supposedly about to be killed by some guy. There were a bunch of people there protesting, and I ran in and killed the guy with a stick by stabbing a cardboard box. Then I was a hero.

Dream: Then I was going around with Fizz, I think, and he was showing me this level from SMB (3, i think it was supposed to be) - level 5. It was like the pipe maze, except instead of pipes there were these single-block (they were cubes - the place was 3-dimensional; as we were physically going through it) cubes about a meter each way that were covered by complex of shiny silver pipes, which were black and brown in some places. The cubes were called tranz-somethings, I think. They were not all identical - some had doors in them that would open and close, with a passage you could crawl through, some had square holes through them, some had round ones, some turned at right angles, some went straight through, some didn't have holes, but they were really nifty and had some technical purpose - the entire level was like some huge machine which you had to jump/crawl through the parts at the rigt time in order not to get killed. The level was made almost entirely out of the tranz-mechs and larger silver and black pipes/rods, etc. Lots of technical doodads. It was wonderful.

I've been working on dungeon2 for the last few nights, last night I finished reading "The songs from distant Earth". It was pretty good. Better than Rendezvous with Rama. It just had a much bigger impact on me.
