2005 Summer Recap - 2005-09-11 12:32 - Entry 704 - TOGoS's Journal

I think I'm going to have to do a little re-search, as I don't really remember what happened :P

TOGoS: Yay no more CAOS!
A-Day: you should play tribes.
TOGoS: OK.
TOGoS: I hate this game it sucks.
TOGoS: I'm bored.
TOGoS: I'm bored and biked to Belleville with Fizz.
TOGoS: I'm bored.

TOGoS: Yay for bittorrent! Sims 2!
TOGoS wastes time playing Sims 2
TOGoS: Sims 2 is a teh biggest waste of time evar.
zxskitchxz: I love teh the sims!

TOGoS had not yet gotten bored with running and so did it just about every night.

TOGoS: I love teh rain!
TOGoS: And making teh sweet place!

TOGoS will make several sweet places in Crapi MAP05 by the end of the summer, and so will not remember which one he was talking about in that entry.

He then he did some boring stuff and hung out with teh guys for a bit.

Eventually he found a new project to work on and e-mailed A-day to find that he was still alive, after all.

TOGoS: TMapGen leads to weird mouth dream!

Then TOGoS biked to Platteville and then started thinking about D5 again and meanwhile was going to the farm with Winton almost every Monday and at one point rode on the HVF truck.

TOGoS: Java 1.5 ain't so bad.

And then he had a dream about an awesome video game and another one and another one. And later they all went to Great America and TOGoS went on Superman 3 times.

TOGoS: I need to start writing that 2005 Summer Recap.

If it seems less interesting than last summer's, that's because the summer was less interesting than last. After all this college business is through, the last 2+1/2 summers (starting after that Louisville trip, when I started doing Dan's Compy Repair) are going to seem like one, big summer with little subsections like 'fixed so-and-so's computer', 'worked at wispirg for 2 weeks', and 'was bored a lot'. I guess it's just the usual case of my mind categorizing things based on what was happening and where, rather than when.
